As the owner of an adult pet, life may seem a little easier at this point. You' ve survived the puppy and kitten stage. Now comes the easy point of pet ownership. There are a few recommendations that we offer at Dunlap Vet II.
We recommend annual examinations and vaccinations to keep your pet on the right track. Annual examinations and vaccinations are very important to the health of your pet. We check your pet over from head to toe with a thorough examination ensuring that there are not any potential health conditions that could affect the wellbeing of your pet. For our canine friends, we highly recommend continuing on a heartworm and flea preventative. Heartworms are fatal and it is very important to give Heartgard Plus every month year round.
